I thought this was going to be about an earthquake...

Best tip - leave it well alone. You can cover it with make up for your hen do but if you ensure you don't pick it, it'll have gone by your wedding day. Do not pick it! Just dab it with tea tree oil and keep your fingers away!

If you haven't got any tea tree oil, pop some toothpaste on it before you go to bed and leave it on all night. That'll dry it out.

I have heard Savlon (SP?) can also help. My friend swears by it although I haven't tried it as yet.

My advise plenty of water, fruit and veg. Works for me (along with clinique 3-step).

Have a fun hen weekend x

A Compeed cold sore patch - the night time ones! They are brillient for reducing inflammation/redness and will really help the skin heal if the spots breaks through/gets sore.

Just don't do what I once did and like a wazzuk, put a toothpaste on with a whitener in! I didn't realise and it burned a huge hole in my skin!

Hope you manage to get rid of it, i'm sure it will be gone by then. If nothing else works try using 'simple rapid action spot zapper' its a rollerball and fab, I keep applying it at any given opportunity and it brings down the swelling and redness after a few applications, then disappears!

    Its my miracle stick!
