DIY invitations....flash!

Aquiescence*, 28 January, 2015 at 21:15 Posted on Planning 0 16

So I have been meaning to do a flash for a while as I was really pleased with these, and I found lots of inspriation from others' posts before I chose what to do.

Little snowflake - yes, little stamps from hobbycraft, they were about £2 each or something, really good value.

Barnett - yey! It's lovely to see hitchers with similar dates who know what you are experiencing at the moment! Not long to go...hope you are feeling ready!

Bliss balloons - they are super easy to do - just get some pretty paper (I bought large sheets which could be cut into squares, I think from the range) and then make a template by drawing around the shape of the envelope top bit, cut round, then stick on a cm or so lower so you leave the sticky envelope bit. I used pritt stick and double sided sticky tape. There are some tutorials online which will explain it better than this! My guillotine had a little rounded corner cutter which meant less fiddly cutting.
