Do I or don't I...

LauraJaneRush, 29 May, 2010 at 16:52 Posted on Planning 0 7

Have a videographer?

We had decided that it was out of our price range but now have found a new company offering very low start rates- advertising on here.

Now do I go for it or not? We could probably afford it if its worth it!

Thanks x

I would say definately worth it. From what everyone says, they day passes in a blur so the vog can pick up on the things you miss out on / you aren't there to see.

Plus, look how many wedding clips there are on You've Been Framed - you could make some money back! ?

? The only problem is all I can think about is the story of a bride who didnt wear a bra and someone trod on her dress and it came down- knowing me I will wear a bra and it would still happen or something as embarrassing-like me tripping over! ?

lol, think I may do it!x

I think if you can afford it, go for it. If you turn out to regret not having one after your wedding then you cant go back on it. But if you have one then you have it if you want to watch it! I hope that makes sense! ?

I always said I wouldn't have one but now I'm in full WP flow I have booked one. Talking to people there seems to be a common theme that the videographer will pick up on the bits and pieces that you might not get to see or just forget about as the day goes so quickly. It is a lot of money I guess but I'm doing this once (I hope, lol) and want to see as much of it as I can.

Do it, do it, do it!

If you can afford it I don't think you'd regret it - unless you come back from the loo with your dress tucked in your knickers?

We werent going to because of budget but we changed our mind and have scraped the pounds up to do it. Its just little things i like, like H2b being able to see us all getting ready etc that he obviously would never see otherwise!

    Do it!!!!

Look at it this way. If you regret not having one later on in life, you will never have another chance to film it...
