Well tomorrow night anyway. It'll be just me and the dog and though I natter away to him, he doesn't respond much!

I did last year. Boy1 got a very complex lego set for Christmas, and when I returned downstairs from gaffer taping him to his bed I was confronted by this:-

And a very engrossed MrKJX who wasn't very chatty.

I'd never get the chance on Christmas Day but I'll catch up later. A good time to hitch could be when the kids have gone to bed or when everyone is having the Christmas afternoon snooze through eating and drinking so much (unless you end up joining them of course) alternatively, there is always when the Queen's speech is on (that would be my best bet!!)

There have always been a few people about.

I certainly have in the past but I'm going to try not to tomorrow but spend the whole day with H instead. I'll be back on Boxing Day though I'm sure.

If I remember rightly I was around first thing. I was first up so came on while waiting for the H to wake up.

Just having a few minutes of peace and quiet now the parents have gone and before we go out and party with our friends in their barn. The lack of snoring is fabulous!
