Does anyone know if GHD's will operate in Spain?

I don't think they do but can anyone confirm this?

Why wouldn't they? So long as you have a plug converter thing? Surely they're no different from a hairdryer.

My hair dryer has a setting for either currents so I thought it may be a problem. Thanks for the reply.

I have used other hair straighteners in Barcelona, so I don't see why GHDs should be any different.

They might not get as hot as only 110v iunstead of 240v. if you have the latest ones then they are automatic dual voltage

Unscrew the screw in the middle of the plug and open up the casing - hey presto inside you have a euro plug and no need for an adaptor - bloody fantastic thing and I only found out recently when my hairdresser told me despite using GHD's for about 6 years!!
