Does anyone know where this dress is from/ who its by??? Desperately seeking!!

Hi all

I found a pic of this wedding dress on an ebay shop and I have fallen in love with it. The seller has low feedback and from China what I can assume they just basically sell copies of this dress that they've made and they're probably poor quality since its £95 for a v intricate dress. I am desperately trying to find out where this dress is originally from, and who designed it so I can find it.... does anyone have any ideas?

The link hasn't worked either - copy and paste it from your browser or save the picture to your pc and use the little icon on the toolbar that looks like a film reel to insert the picture (says Insert Media if you hover over it)...

That is a gorgeous dress... don't recognise it myself but I am sure once the regulars start getting back to Hitched after Christmas someone will recognise the dress or the background!!!
