Does anyone use the Superchick website?

I've been signed up with free membership for a while - you get a weekly motivational email and access to a few articles on the site. The training sessions sound great, but are London only. For 4.99 a month there is access to a food diary, nutrition and alchohol counters etc. I'm not really interested in the exercise training, as I already do kickboxing.

I've got the hang of moving more - it's just eating less (junk) I need help with ? Anyway, my question was, does anyone have the 4.99 and think it's worth it, or is there another resource that is better? I'm not interested in having a diet drawn up, just an easy way of analysing what I am eating beyond the obvious.

Website for those who haven't come accross it before.

I do. But I have found (and continue to find) weight loss resources to be better.

I was quite anti calorie counting but it has really shown me in black and white how to lose weight. (I followed SW before but I never knew if I'd actually lose from week to week, it was very hit and miss for me)

So now I make my choices on how full up each thing will make me and how much of my allowance it uses. For example, I like ot have porridge for mid morning snack as I am starving then and it sees me through until lunch. I have eggs before the gym because it gives me the strength to get through and is low calorie in comparison to other things I like.

I can also see clearly that 1 bar of chocolate every few days is fine but one a day probalby isn't a good idea (unless I want to be starving on a regular basis).

So, WLR all the way for me (though it is £10 a month so a bit more but well worth it).

I'd forgotten about this. I've started used the Food Focus site, which is free, and seems quite comprehensive. You can build in your own recipes, which helps a lot.
