Does anyone work for BT ?

Bumble_Bee, 15 July, 2008 at 17:47 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 11

My line has been disconnected and it wont let me call out - wont even let me ring a freephone number to BT !

Back in the day I remember being able to dial 150 or similar to talk to someone, does such a number still exist ?

I'm not ringing a freephone from my mobile as it will cost me a arm and leg and will be on hold for ages

TIA

Is there a phone box near to where you live? You could still ring from there free of charge.

have you looked on www.saynoto0870.com ?? its a great site that gives you the geographic number for many 0870/ 0845 and 0800 numbers. means you dont have to spend a fortune, and u can call from ur mobile! plus it also puts you to the front of the que in most cases. there are hundreds of numbers on there for BT, so take ur pick!!

Has it definatly been disconnected or could it be a fault? You can do a fault finder thing on the BT website http://bt.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/bt.cfg/php/enduser/cci/bt_catpage.php?p_sid=cbC4oQ8j&cat_lvl1=345&cat_lvl2=353&p_cv=2.353&p_cats=345,353

There's Toms, Dicks and Harrys on here? But this is a wedding site. There can be men on here. That's just wrong. Perverts.

BB I think you can enter details on there somewhere where they will divert your line to your mobile.

When there is a fault they are pretty good at getting it sorted.
