DOH! Made a mistake on my invitation inserts UPDATE-YAY FOR VISTA!

I ordered my lovely invitations from HipTwist but to cut costs ordered the inserts on Vistaprint.

Spent ages doing it last night and got OH to proof read but I have just noticed I made a mistake!

Not a spelling mistake or anything but under the hotel info we have explained that the most local hotel to the venue has rooms reserved and that a coach will be taking guests to and from this hotel to the venue. The hotel is a 'Ramada Encore' but for some strange reason I have called it 'Ramada Jarvis'. Would you send them out as is or order a new batch? The cost of doing this would be £40 - not loads of money but our budget it tight.

If you ordered them yesterday, I doubt they would have gone through the print run yet.

Do it quickly though.

Would not bother myself, you could always put in a little note in if you were really worried

After looking at them again I found a spelling mistake too! (note to self - do not proof read something at 11pm at night)

So I called and explained and they were brilliant - they couldn't cancel the order as it has already been shipped (12 hours after I ordered it!!) but they offered to edit the information I needed changing and send out the order again and only charged me for the shipping cost! So even though it was my mistake they basically corrected it for free I am so impressed. ?

They did the same with me...after 3 people proof reading the invitations we still missed the fact that I had put the wedding date as the 60th of August 2011!! They sent out new ones and only charged delivery. Fabtastic people!
