    *spoiler*

I can think of nothing worse than getting married at a football stadium. My OH is a massive Liverpool fan but even though he jokes about he has still told me that he wouldn't want to get married at Anfield.

That was awful, the moment she put the football boots on was horrible lol! I'd have choked OH if he planned that for me.

I think her face said it all- pure disappointment.

im staring to get bored of dttb now as its so scripted- at the end of each episode the bride needs to say 'ooh he's done an amazing job, I couldn't have done it better myself.'

    yes. Yes you could love.

I know someone who was actually at the game when they got married. I haven't seen this episode yet (sky+'d it!) but I hope they edited out or removed the sound of the extremely rude chants and things people were shouting during the ceremony. I would kill my OH if he did this.

I'm finding that too, I've been watching loads of old repeats cos I was never into it before we got engaged. The grooms always do everything opposite to what the brides want and the brides still pretend to love it. It's so fake!

I still love watching it though! ?

Do you think its all set up beforehand and that theyre told that they have to do something controversial in order to do the show. I really hope so because if my fiancee organised a full football theme wedding like that knowing that is the one thing that he knew I would hate and he still did it then I would be absolutely fuming!!!! lol xx

Not set up beforehand but the producers encourage/push the grooms to make certain choices and occasionally limit what they can do to make better TV.

I could hear chants of 'you don't know what you're doing'. I'm sure there were others too. I can think of nothing worse. It makes me wonder how much she wanted to go through with it and how much the pressure of the situation forced her hand? I've never felt for any if the other brides this much but thst might be because this is the first one I've watched since getting engaged? I'd chuffing murder him if he did that to me!

Glad I wasn't the only one watching this and cringing! I was definitely gunning for her to lamp him one as I can't think anything worse than this sort of wedding.

Not quite as bad as the one when the groom organised a wedding in Las Vegas and left half of the bride's family and friends at home, but nearly....

I've not seen any other episodes of this it was my first, but I did think this when she actually cried at the dress and then said how disappointed was all the way through then at the end said he done an amazing job, he ruined the day completely haha. So selfish!

Really? I didn't know that. That was an awful episode.

i think it's become quite formulaic too. It's getting to the point where you wonder how much the production team are pushing the groom to make stupid decisions for the sake of 'good' tv.

Just finished watching this, what a selfish groom! It was all about him and his football team.

Hope she's happy with that one sided marriage. Raaaaa! Made me really angry!

Aww I did feel so sorry for her, she seemed so lovely and you could tell she was just putting a brave face on. I hope he is feeling really guilty now, I doubt it though as he seemed really full of himself.

They were filming her in Sandbach which is right next to my hometown and is where I went to school, the pub she was outside with her mates is where I meet my friends when I go back up north, so it was really nice to see my old haunts on the tv on a positive note (for me anyway!).

I think the bride and groom sometimes seem to "forget" they get a FREE wedding!

Surely the bride knows where the venue is anyway as how else do they do notice of marriage and such prior to the day?

I've always been an avid dttb watcher ?

I think the best man is always an indication of which way it was going to go and as soon as he appeared it was obvious it would be doomed!

Ha so true! Just watched this - I always wonder how twits like that groom manage to persuade seemingly nice, pretty girls to marry them! My OH is very into football but I would have refused to go through with the day if he had done that to me, no matter how much he may have loved it!

Still love DTTB though! The Las Vegas one is still my fave so far!
