I was quite lucky with the amount of time i had to wait.

We only booked this Feb for next Feb so was only around the 12 month mark, although at times that seemed long enough!!

I know it sounds like a clichey (sp) but time really does fly by, it'll be your day before your know it!

I do indeed ash, it was kind of around then that i started to check mine!! How's the dress coming along??

I'm practically done Holly, just waiting on my dress to be delivered so i can decided on shoes and veil etc, i've ordered my jewellery from Lynsey so that's another thing done.

RSVP's are coming in slowly but then people have got until the 1st December so i'm not too worried.

There's not a lot i can do at the moment so just gonna relax and enjoy christmas then go full throtle at it.

It's coming around quickly. Any signs of your dress yet?? Dying to see a flash!

I emailed at the begining of the week for an update and they said it should be ready by the end of the week, so i'm kinda hoping for an email today!!!!

Oh no, if your down to double digits that means its not long till my own!! argh! Ive still got so much to do yet......i need another 100 days added on haha ?

i had my measurements taken on saturday and on the 27th November I will be back to try on the cotton version - so to my measurements and then probably take it in some more as I would have lost some more by then. lol

then she will cut out my material and make MY dress up and will be trying it on 18th Dec - probably will need to be taken in some more - but she is completely ok about it.

So... I will be in my purple dress on the 18th dec but without the bling.. but i can't wait..

i tried the dress on in the shop at the weekend and she said.. you have lost some weight - as the back panel wasn't a big gap at the back..!! so I was very pleased. it looked much better on all over too, was really pleased

can't wait to see yours now x

trying on your dress will be like a little pre Christmas present! it makes you feel sooo good trying on your 'proper' wedding dress for the first time, if you're having it made. No more cotton!!! ?
