I can't even find their page now on FB :-( I read through some of the comments on their last night after your previous post and they all sounded fake to me - there was a specific issue mentioned and then a few positive responses to each issue as if they were 'manufacturing' the response.

Can you expand on their replies to you?

Oh my gosh, didn't realise it was your dress! Blimey! I looked at their comments and thought they seemed very unprofessional. Have you thought about contacting citizens advice bureau?

Consumer direct would be best bet i reckon. They have an internet page, may be worth a look. I've dealt with them a couple of times and they're very helpful xx

To roll on july, theres so many!!! best thing to do is try and get on there, start typing in indesigngown and an bluey grey insigia is the picture, the last 3 people to post are 3 friends of mine and indesigngown are attempting to justify themselves, at 1 point they posted my name and address on there to show proof tht i apparantly got the dress on the 7th or 8th, but what they posted showed it came on the 13th!!

I saw the post too, and I had a question for you, Why did not you contact them right away after ya got the dress? their return/refund policy is 10 days after goods received, and it took you 2 months to contact them? Time to learn return/refund policy in this world. a policy is to protect buyer and seller.

PS: I got my dress from them, it's beautiful.

Don't you have your first post on the forum too? or whenever you started, you got your 108 post ready? If a buyer complain the goods is defective after months he/she received it. Will you give him/her full refund? PS: I am not their employee, i am actually one of their customer. got my dress and happy with it.

Hmmmm...this reminds me of Mini Cooper's Forever Wedding Rings thread - except they were up front about who they were. To summarise: company googles themselves for good feedback, finds negative feedback posts a response in an attempt to 'deal' with the issue a YEAR later and simply manages to highlight how bad their service is....I think Ali G's 'double face palm' pic may be required here ?

If goods are faulty then it doesn't matter how long it takes to report the fault the seller must offer a full refund. Faults include if something doesn't stand up to reasonable use...like if the handle falls off a frying pan after a month, or the stitching comes apart on clothing. Shoddy goods must be refunded or replaced. I've worked in retail for 12 years & this has always been the case, Citizens Advice will tell you the same.
