I absolutely love the shape at the front. I think it looks lovely without the flowers on the belt too. It might be a but fussy with the flowers.

My decision making is impaired so here is a flash of the belt with the flowers but I've changed my mind about the feathers.

I love the back of the dress too, I took my mum with me today for the first and she loved the dress so that has settled my mind 100%.

I actually really like the flowers and it softens the front a little. The colour works well. You are right about the feathers though, not sure they work.

I have a brooch bouquet so the flowers won't clash. I think that I might sew them back on and then take another photo. I'm sure I'll repost ?

I like tge flowers but would probably remove the feathers but thats just me : ) x

...I wonder what the flowers would look like placed centrally on the belt? If you dont like tge flowers then yoh could always get an embellishment for the front.

I will tack them on and strategically move the belt around until they either look good or come off, I think that I like them on......I will do it tomorrow.

Im also having a brooch bouquet, stupidly decided to make it myself and I have the injuries to prove it ; ) - those wires are vicious! Lol!

Ooh, that's lovely! I really like the design! Mine is all brooches and heavy because of it. Its nice to have something that will last beyond the day. Hoping to pass mine down one day : ) x.

Well I've stitched them back on and I think I prefer the belt with flowers. I can't get into the dress by myself so it's just an impression of what it will look like.

I bought this one but I think it's too pale for the dress...another one for the sell pile!
