    I think a 2 hoop in that style would look better, having a 3 hoop may make the dress look to full.

    I totally agree, I think the start of the first hoop is a bit to high IMO.

    Yeah it looks like your wearing a 2 hoop underskirt, i would ring up the dress shop just to make sure!
