Dress before and after shots...

Hi Everyone, Hope everyone is well.

I went to try my dress on on Saturday and was so amazed to see how nice it looked now I have lost nearly 2 stone... I thought I would share...

Anyone else have any before and after shots like this?

    Wow! Well done!! Smiley smile You look amazing! Right now I'm about the same maybe ever so slightly smaller than your before pic. I'm hoping to lose 2 stone but only have 3 months and 3 weeks left! My dress is a 12-14 but I used to be a size 10 and I SO wanna get back there! lol.

    How long did it take you? I hope I have at least some chance! lol"

    Wow, what a difference you look fantastic!

    I lost 2 1/2 stone in run up to the wedding but didnt take any before pics, wish i had, I didnt realise how much difference that amount of weight made1 you must be so chuffed and your dress fits like a glove now!

    Thank you everyone for your nice words, I am so happy with the results...

    Lil Miss Red : I go on my exercise bike at least 2 hours a day and do arm and back exercises using resistance bands..

    MrandMrsFord : It has taken me just over 2 months ( I am at weight watchers too)

    abigiggle1: Can’t wait to see your pics – well done you too x

    Naboo : It defo is a boost, think everyone should do it when trying to lose weight, I didn’t realise how much of a difference there was until I saw the pics side by side x

    Yeah it does - it started off just an hour then as my ass got used to it I could increase it hahah but I do sit on a cushion whilst riding ?
