Your dress, hair and make up are beautiful (so shhhh about your 'double chin'). Personally I don't care hoe cold it is I'm not wearing anything over my dress. It's too beautiful to hide it away. If you do decide to go for something, I think the bolero is lovely and will look good, but I think you look fab without it so I would say don't bother unless you are worried about turning blue x

Dress looks beautiful! I love the detailing on the top bit, hopefully the weather will be warm as it would be a shame to cover it up.

Your hair and make up look fantastic too! The eye make up colour really suits you. How did you feel after the trial? I felt really glam after mine but had to take my hair out straight away as OH and myself were meeting friends that evening for a get together and I didn't want to them all to see it.

Thank you both. I was originally going to have a bolero to cover up some scarring on my arms but my make up lady did some camouflage makeup on them and i was really pleased with the result so not having the bolero. Its just if its a bit nippy I think I might need something to cover up a bit but don't want to spend £90 on something I will wear for a couple of minutes.

after the make up I felt really glam and pretty. Everyone was saying how nice it was. But I had to take it all off and comb out my hair before I got home because I didn't want D seeing it. My hair is still a bit curly now though!

You do look lovely. I'm having my make up trial on Friday - just before I pick the kids up from school. I might look like a yummy mummy for first time ever!! Although it's bound to rain! Does it make you feel nice & glam having your make up done for you?

Cake Lady it felt really strange. Plus it was really strange seeing myself all made up because I rarely wear make up. I'm so pleased I booked a make up lady, I could never have got it the way she did!

I think I'll feel the same as I don't wear much make up but be nice to have it done properly x

Wow you look lovely. I don't think u need a cover up at the top, are u having a veil? as this will cover your shoulders for part of the day so will work like a bit of a cover up.

Missus S, she used GHD's to make the curls and more hair spray than I've ever seen in my life. Some sort of strong hold waterproof bamboo kind?
