Drink ideas help please

Hiya I'm providing my guests with some alchol aswell as bring your own but I want to make up some punch bowls of winter/Christmas drinks I have got a hot chocolate bar and egg nog so far haha!! Did suggest mulled wine but oh veto'd it straight away and suggestions? Iv got baileys being served on its own and at my hot choc bar x

    Pimms have a winter warmer type edition, made with ginger. It's lovely.

    I said that to my friend she asked what pimms was I couldn't believe it then said it wasn't suitable as was a summer drink didn't know you could make a winter version will def try it!! Thank you x

    Maybe he just needs to taste my mulled wine recipe - it usually does the trick.

    1 bottle of spicy red like shiraz

    1 litre of tropicana smooth

    half a small bottle of rum - think the full bottle is 35cl, just whack in half.

    Good couple of glugs of Cointreau

    Get an orange, stud it all over with about 8 cloves, cut into quarters, chuck in

    Muscavado sugar - put in AT LEAST 4-6 tablespoons and keep adding till it tastes delish

    chuck in a cinnamon stick and grate in about half a nutmeg.

    Bring up to just before a simmer - we didn;t just add all that booze just to boil off the alcohol.

    Prosecco & Champers are still festive! :-) Make it a bit more wintery by making them Kir Royales by adding some Creme De Cassis - makes it taste like fizzy ribena an is a festive colour.
