Drop box

Daisyday, 8 July, 2014 at 21:37 Posted on Planning 0 7

Am hoping to set up a drop box account for friends and family to transfer pictures into.

how would fellow hitches go about doing this? Instructions on the wedding day, asking on Facebook or by email?

haven't totally got my head around how it works!

thank you!

I've used drop box before it's pretty simple so can see people using it. I went to a wedding a couple of f weeks ago and got asked to use an app called wed pics, I downloaded the app and found it really easy the next day to upload them all and see what other people have uploaded xx

Drop box is probably not the best option for sharing lots of photos unless you have a paid subscription. I totally maxed out my drop box just sharing a few of my pro pics with friends.

My friend recently used an app called wedpics for people to share their wedding photos/videos on which worked very well. (and its free)

It's a bit like updating pics on fb as well, u can love them and put comments and order pics off there. Just give guests the album name and they can upload. It was nice as my cousin had people put pics on that I wasn't friends with on fb so saw a lot more pics of my daughter as a BM that I would of missed if I hadn't of looked at the app. Xx

I used wedpics. They emailed me a few days before the wedding with templates for cards to print out (they were business card sized). Printed loads out and put them at each table setting and a bunch with our fingerprint tree for evening guests.
