    Yes, i have the recipe book as well. ive made a few of the cakes but would definitely not recommend 'nanas cake'. it was vile! ive made quite a few things from the recipe book as theres some good stuff in there. today is day 14 for me and ive stuck religiously to the diet. im really surprised ive lasted this long without giving in or having a treat. i think its the results on the scales that are keeping me going. ive lost 14lbs so far. only another 36 to go before i get to my target. how are you doing debbie? i would make the oatbran muffins, but i have my daily oatbran in my morning pancakes to keep me going til lunch.

    Hiya ladys i didnt start back when i seid i started yesterday and lost 1lbs this am iam going to do this and lose this weight.

    cosmo you have done so well congrats on the stone loss thats fab if i could do that in 14 days i would be made up.

    Thanks tmr. good to see you back on track. i seem to have plateau at the moment but im blamming AF at the moment. starting to feel it in my clothes a bit as i bought a pair of pants for work before i started the diet which didnt fit properly. they now fit perectly! fingers crossed more inches will start to fall now ive passed the stone mark. how is everyone else doing?

    Iam on day 5 and sticking to it ok not wanting any thing bad.

    I have lost 4lbs as of this am seem to be losing 1lb a day hopefully it will stay that way. I have only got 2lbs to lose to be the same weight as my oh (he has allways been thin) so cant wait to be less than him so he is the fatty in the famly lol

    Im still going on this and seem to be loosing 1lb a day. had a bit of a blip yesterday and had 2 quality street chocolates. but im still on it and going strong.

    im now set in a routine on what im eating and when im cooking it. I have my daily pancakes for breakfast in a morning. I dont cook them like the recipe earlier in this thread as they tasted a bit yuk if im honest. Mine dont tend to stick so i can wrap one in cling film and eat one in work for elevensies (sp?) and have one before i leave the house. Im cooking for the next day when i get in from work at night.

    At the moment, asda have an offer on mince. 3 twin pack for £10. I normally buy 3 a week and i'll make burgers, meatballs or today i did a stew like thing with onion, garlic, pepper, carrots, tomatoes and a few other things.

    I always have ham and yoghurts in the fridge to snack on when im feeling peckish/bored.

    People are starting to notice ive lost weight and its boosted my confidence when i was starting to flag a bit.

    Keep going tmr, 4lbs is good!!

    Iam still going on it but the last 2 days have been crap i didnt lose any thing the day befor added veg yesterday and put on 1lb HOW JUST HOW???? so iam gunna do with out veg and carry on how i was. But iam off to my mums today so iv not got a clue what iam gunna make for my dinner.

    I have been having porridge made with the oat bran in the morning and it seems to fill me up untill dinner i allso have lots of yogs in if i get bord more than hunger.

    Well, i'm halfway there! 21lbs lost. 21lbs to go! I want to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight (5 years ago), so total i'd need to lose is 3 stone. fingers crossed i can do it. Having a night out in a few weeks with people i used to work with, before i got made redundent at the end of last year. That will be the big test. And if anyone notices! Best get exercising and get my mummy tummy down a bit!!!

    You have done so well i have gone off abit coz i have cort a sickness bug off my kids so just eating waht i can keep down but the thort of eggs or meat atm is nocking me sick so iv just been having the oat bran and soups when i can hopfully it will pass fast and i can get bk to it

    Thanks crafty em. I've caved for the first time in 23 days. Ive had a bag of monster munch and a BIG bar of galaxy chocolate ?

    I'm beginning to get a bit bored with it now to be honest. Starting to crave bad things. May take a break from it if they dont ease up

    I find it hard after a few days so you have got a lot more stay then me i think coz it is such a boring diet as you are only allowed a few things it really gets to me but then when you think of the numbers going down every day you think mmmm may be its a good 1.

    Iam back to full health today so iam back on the DD not put any weight on and not lost any but i really need this weight to shift ihave gone from 17st 6 yrs ago after my 1st son got down to 10st7 then got preg with my 2nd and went up to 13st11 and now iam 10st13 and really want to be at lest 10st7 if not 10st just wanna get out of a size 16 clothes.
