Evening...
I've just signed up to 10wks @ Scottish Slimmers and to run along side need to find a good exercise regime. I have a zumba class for a Tues, but want something for Mons and Weds....
I live fairly out in the sticks and am limited to local classes unless I want to drive for miles on country lanes (which in the winter I don't want to!) so want to find a couple of good DVDs/Wii fitness options....
Give me your recommendations!
