Early Menopause questions

Has anyone here been through an early menopause? I've been told tonight that I'm quite likely at the start of my menopause. I wondered if there are any support networks online that have active forums? I'm sure i'll have many questions coming up over the next few days but can't seem to find any active places to put them!

I have premature ovarian failure which is similar to early menopause, but also different, is that what they have said you have?

Either way, there are not a lot of forums for it which you have probably found, the main one for the UK is the daisymail network, which is more of an email round robin than a forum, but you should sign up to it, the women are very friendly and well informed.

Fertility friends also has a section for POF, which obviously deals with the fertility issues more than general health ones.
