Yes. Ebay will send them a notice, but you can as well. You can send them an invoice if you like. As long as the details are noted in the listing, you shouldn't need to tell them anything about the closing. Paypal will contact you when you receive the payment as well. It will come to your email address that you signed up with.

I never buy from a seller with negavives, but i always get suspicious when theres a small number of buyers all with 100% because my mum is a teacher and she always says theres no such thing as a perfect mark. I generally buy from like a 98-99% but always have that "too good to be true" feeling with a 100%.

i suppose its a personal thing because it takes A LOT for me to give someone a perfect score... maybe im just being silly.

Well I don't think they can remove negative feedback so I guess it must be real

What kind of worried me is that they have a reply to their feedback thats very negative, however i suppose if THEY had had a negative experiece they could have just replied with negative feedback themselves instead of commenting. then again ive checked out all 18 people who have replied and they all seem legit and have commented on plenty other items.

Ive contacted the seller about a question so ill see if i hear back.

I didn't mean to cause offence. its just that when something is cheap and seems too good to be true i'm scared in case i get burned.

I can highly recommend these http://www.myweddingdressforless.co.uk/

If you send them a pic of the dress you love they should be able to make it for you.

(I have my dress for them and it's beautiful)

I bought my dress on Ebay with no trouble at all. Generally speaking good feedback is just that, you can't amend it or anything. If you pay through Paypal then you are protected on your purchase if the worst happens.

Well the feedback said that they didnt recieve it at all! all other FB said that the quality was good and better than expected.

I'm just using the dress as a basic because im having it over layed with lace and adjusted exactly the way i want it but my dressmaker (family friend who offers her services to me for free apart from the material cost) doesn't want to make a full gown herself as she's very busy with her other job and has officially retired from dressmaking. I guess if the fabric isn't to standard it doesn't matter quite as much and if it is im only losing a little money

I'm always happy to flash my dress

    (more here https://www.flickr.com/photos/25919016@N08/sets/72157627532646760/)

It's fab quality, this is my second time getting married and I'd say its better quality than the one that cost £800 in 2004, its a much nicer fit (made to measure) plus it only cost £257 including the underskirt.

im going to have the bodice taken up a little (i have a short waist) and the skirt made fuller with an underskirt to make it more ballerina and some adjustments, also covered with a lace/light organza material. my dress maker loves it and has some VERY nice ideas to make it one of a kind./

You can get the train taken up for dancing!

(can I just commend you on your excellent choice of orange as a colour, thats mine too, but mainly due to it being autumn!)

They'd take it up so the detail is showing though and it's better than having to buy a different dress.

I had the same reactions to orange but it looks fab!

But 2 dresses means more shopping! i fail to see your "better than buying another" logic lol

im going to have a lot of ivory too to balance it out.

Totally agree....I have 100% feedback rating because I work hard as a seller/member since 2003 to earn it.

If you are not happy with the given feedback then perhaps you need to shop face to face as it were.

Negative feedback isn't always a sellers fault, I always check why they got a negative.

Example - I've been buying and selling on ebay for 10 years, 1500 feedback and last year I got my first negative. Sold a guy a pair of trainers and 2 weeks later he got in touch to ask where they were. I explained that I'd posted them and couldn't claim from Royal Mail for loss until 15 working days after dispatch. I suggested he check with the sorting office in case they had tried to deliver but not left a card. A week later he says they are still not there so I refund. Two days after the refund the trainers are returned to me by Royal Mail because the dimwit hadn't collected them from the sorting office!!!!! I'm still slightly bitter about this lol.

But the point is that since ebay stopped sellers leaving negative feedback for buyers some people are taking advantage. That said, if you are unsure because the feedback score is only 15 I'd check out the activity of the people leaving the feedback - if they also have little feedback I'd be suspicious.

Can't tell I'm an ebay junkie can you *looks shifty*

I had a few questions so i asked the seller and mentioned the megative feedback and said i was happy with the other positive reviews but asked for a little reassurance (said it in a nice way)

    i had a look at everyone who commented and seem happy theyre legit;
