Hello ladies and Aj, So here is my dress... needs altering, to make it SMALLER

Flashed it on FB a while back but wanted to show everyone else aswell. Honest opinions welcome, if you dont like it you can say! excuse my flabby arms (bingo wings) im sorting them out...
