You could use all 3 colours together, they look fantastic, using different shades of the blue & green would work as well:

I found my biggest pain was finding the right bridesmaid dresses so i found them first.. which happened to be red.. and then planned around that.. x

We picked ivory and hunter green as our main colours.

My b2b wants to use her mum's veil and train, so it meant ivory was definitely her main colour, then we just happened to be looking at bridesmaids dresses on a website and saw hunter green, and both thought that together the colours looked quite nice, so that's what we went for.

    Simple as that really!

I looked for an inspiration piece that incorporated my colours and took it from there. Nature rarely gets it wrong (cue pics of ugly animals) so is there a flower you particularly like? The peacock feather would cover the green/blue thing and is a brilliant decorative item to use?

Well, butterfly's are a perfect example of nature knowing best about colour!

    These are swallowtails (apparently!).

You don't need to even use butterflies as a motif, just get a really nice idea of what shades/tones to use.

Butterflies can be added into your theme quite easily

Im glad you asked this question as I cannot make my mind up either... the only thing I am certain is that my dress will be green but I can't even decide for definate what shade of green (and this will have a great impact on what other colours i go for!) It looks like there are a lot of people on here who have a good eye for colour matches though so Im willing for any advise also. I must admit though, emrald, cobalt blue and silver makes upi a very lovely magical image in my head, I definately think they could work together.

Let us know what you chose!
