At the moment I'm all for coming down the aisle to 'Songbird' by Eva Cassidy. I play it daily whilst in the car, and cry everytime - lol. God help me on the day!!!

I don't think I can be of much help - we're having Sharp Dressed Man by ZZ Top.

I've always liked Summer from Vivaldi's 4 seasons for a classical tune, or The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba.

We are having Canon in D by Pachabel, it's a very popular choice now but I really love it.

I have a very short walk from the door to the registrar and even with sending the BMs and ring bearer before me the music needs to be short. All of our music is from films and at the moment I am thinking it will be the theme tune to love actualy.

Canon in d here as well, although i have always wanted it as my entrance and never realised it was popular. It was the theme tune on a programme in the 80's about a little girl called Connie from Glasgow (i think)who was recovering from a car crash. It has stuck in my head ever since.

We're having Dire Straits Romeo and Juliet.... i love the beginning of it and i know it is a guarenteed weeping trigger for my mum (we are going to keep it as surprise as she love Mark Knopfler and it is her music influence that makes me love this song). We're going to leave to the Love Actually version of 'All you need is love' (this was the first Album my OH bought me for out year anniversary)

I wanted Jonathan Cain's bridal march but the church wont play pre-recorded music and there is no sheet music Smiley sad Am in discussions with the pianist to see what he can play! He can play Yiruma - River Flows in You and Yann Tiersen's - Comptine d'un autre été which we love so maybe a compromise in there somewhere!

We are also asking the organist to play the piano instead of the organ (it scares me!)

Love Feels like Home too... I first heard it on the Dawsons Creek soundtrack!

Baby I Love You- The Ramones

But we are very very likely to change our mind! OH's first suggested was Raining Blood by Slayer.

I too am part of the Canon in D by Pachabel posse!

There is a grand piano just outside the ceremony room at our civil venue (doors will be open until I get to the front of the aisle) and I asked the pianist to play it at a wedding fayre and literally the whole room just lit up for me!

Either Somewhere Over The Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo Ole, or Songbird by Fleetwood Mac I am totally split at the moment! OH loves both and has said he wants to leave it to me to decide so it is a surprise on the day….which might make me choose The Muppet Show or something equally unsuitably tempting!!
