We haven't decided yet, although I was tempted by the wedding march from Flash Gordon! It's played on the electric guitar by Queen (well, Brian May) and I'm a huge Queen fan so thought it'd be smashing. Mum wasn't impressed though, so we are having another think.

OH suggested the Imperial March from Star Wars ?

I love that so many others are wanting something a bit different ?

I'm torn between a really lovely song which I love (She, the Elvis Costello version because I love Notting Hill) or the music from Jurassic Park when they first see the dinosaurs - if you can seperate it from the dinosaurs it's actually really lovely, and it's one of our favourite films lol I can just imagine everyone trying to work out what it is as we all walk in lol

Fingers crossed I'll be having Pachelbel's Canon too, BUT played on acoustic guitar by CBM's other half.... It's absolutely stunning on guitar so I'm really really hoping J can get over his nerves and play it for us.

Otherwise, H2b has helpfully suggested Slayer......

Oohh I'm loving all the ideas here..My 10 year old son is actually 'giving me away' so I'm dying to be brave enough to have something like Pink Panther theme tune and us creep our way there..how funny it would be to see the looks on peoples faces, but I know I'd bottle it at the last minute so think i ought to think of something sensible..lol..xx

    Oh Onion do it! excellentplan!

OH and his Groomsmen are entering to A Little Less Conversation by Elvis.

My Bridesmaids are going, in kids first to an instrumental version of Trouble (Pink) then adults to instumental Trouble (Ray LaMontagne) and then I will enter to Green Day, Time of Your Life with lyrics.

Once she says I now pronounce you man and wife Be my Yoko Ono by Barenaked Ladies will kick in (OH is a musician!)

Same, I'll join the Pachelbel gang too!!! It brings tears to my eyes everytime I hear, god knows what I'll be like walking down the aisle to it.

We've booked a harpist but being in Scotland its the Clarsach (Celtic Harp) she'll be playing. x

Our wedding is still over a year away but i have given this some thought. I would like Tom Baxtes Better, my H2B would like Robbie Williams, She's the one (he is a huge robbie fan).

There is also a piece of music that i hear in different films, typically, i cant even think of 1 film i have heard it in at the mo and i have no idea what its called.

I'll probably change my mind a few times yet. Its a short aisle so whatever song we have would probably need to be shortened but i am sending my bridesmaids down first to drag it out lol
