Wondered if anyone could help with some info.
We've put in an offer on a house today, as has someone else. I think estate agents office opens tomorrow for a few hours, although solicitors is closed until Monday. Would I be able to contact E.agent tomorrow and ask about our offer, or should it all be done through E.agent and Solicitor on Monday. (Vendors living abroad with a time difference so won't get offer until late tonight which will be early morning where they are). Is it the done thing to contact their E.agent or should I just wait till Monday?
