    Tsk tsk!

I've just had a surreal evening. I had to go to a meeting with fellow teachers tonight and I was a little bit nervous about meeting the lass who got the job I interviewed for all those months ago. It took a while before she spoke to me but she was sooooo nice! She took my hand across the table as a form of shaking it and ws like 'ohhh this is soo awkward but its lovely to meet you, and you're doing my maternity cover...' We are even going to be working together on some school workshops. Ah well.

and we have our wedding night hotel but still not any further forward on the honeymoon coz people cant read our emails properly. And ive been to curves twice this week and eaten really well anddddd.... Lyns has made me a lovely necklace for my CBM and..... everythings coming together nicely I think!

    Hello ladies

Sorry to hear of the funeral Sara and how can someone steal at a funeral - thats just shocking.

I'm trying to choose my shoes ... will try and post pics for opinions later, its between Rainbows Bodini or Matilda and Pink's "lady"

I'm inching towards Bodini but they happen to be the most pricy!!! aren't they always. It's also a lower heel which helps as H2B is slightly shorter than me

    Evening All!

Thats shocking sara, sorry about the funeral. I hope u are ok

Planning wise, we are just sending the invites - very very slowly. We are both feeling quite ill as we both have the flu, so things arent happening very fast! They are all printed, just need to envelope them and print the envelopes !

Other than that, l am trying to get the dads toether to look at suits, but its proving to be a nightmare as dates are gettign booked up in Feb, and we need to get them into the suitshop to see what they look like as i think they might be a tad difficult in what they want to wear! Feel like i'm herding cats!

Other than that its going slowly! Need to pull my finger out and get mr damiana to do some planning!

    Love to all!

Dam xx (heading off for a bath, so will be back soon)

Wow Sara, sorry to hear about the funeral. Some people are really sick! Glad you got your purse back in the end.

Planning is going ok just now- going to see the venue on Saturday so excited about that. We've seen all our photographers now but have a really difficult decision to make as we love two of them! H2B prefers one and I slightly prefer the other, but think he is more sure than me so will probably end up compromising and going with the one he likes.

    Hey Jen,

Im I remembering rightly that you are getting married in St Andrews?

I live in Fife, about 20/25mins from St Andrews and have family there. We're getting married in April 2010, so just in the midst of planning too! x

    Hi everyone,

Sara I'm so sorry to hear you've had to go to a funeral hun, and am very shocked that you had your purse stolen there. Incredible!

We've been thinking a lot about the wedding lately. We've changed quite a lot, and are now going with canapes and drink reception, then in the evening disco and hog roast. Been thinking about flowers as I want silk so can sort that out now! Also trying to get dp to think about suits. We've also decided we're probably going to put the honeymoon off until later in the year, for financial reasons, but also because my first grandchild is due in early July and I want to be here for that!

    C xx

    Hiya

I can't believe that about your purse, geez hope they got a good clip round the ear!

I hve only just got over a cold, and busy job hunting this week, so haven't been doing much.

We had our first ballroom dance lesson for our first dance last friday, we have decided on all of our food choices and got the invites information all together -maps, wedding list etc. Next week I print them and put them with the invites

Also organised our engagement photo session with our photographer for 14th Feb, aaaahh

    xx Cat

    Evening everyone/

Sorry to hear about the funeral and purse.

Quite an exciting day for us, we went to church this evening to meet the vicar who has pencilled us in for 5th September - this year! After my panic of not being able to do it this year and going for 2010, I've surprised myself with a U-turn back to 2009. It was so obvious why we went to the church, but he was lovely and didn't mind that it was the first time he's seen us in the church ?

We also have a reception venue provisionally booked until next Wednesday, so a few more venues to see this weekend to make sure we want the first one or not. So it's looking likely that before the year is out I will be a bride - eeeeeekkk!?

    Roll on the weekend now!
