Evening invites

Hi all

Just wondering what people's opinions were on when to send evening invites. We are an early September wedding, day invites are going out from now onwards with a mid June RSVP.

Any thoughts?

I sent my evening ones out the same time as my day ones - but that's because I'm impatient! lol

I sent them out on 3rd January with a rsvp date of 14th Feb - needed to give final numbers to the venue at the end of March so that gave me over a month to chase people that hadn't responded

My MOH is getting married in September and she said she's sending both her invites out June/July time.

We sent day ones on Valetines day with rsvp 17th April (2 months) and posted evening ones on 1st April with rsvp 31st May (2 months!) We have all but 6 back for the day so staggering them is a good idea as if they are any "reserves" on the evening that can become day on declines, you have time

I am getting married early September and I am sending all the invites out now with an end of June RSVP date. I couldn't face the whole invite process twice so just sent them all at the same time!
