Really??? omg.. thats awful, i havent seen the news tonight. I thought it had been another sad case of a mother taking her and daughters life but to hear some **** has done that... awful.

hope they find them and may they rot in jail.

A 26 year old has been arrested and admitted it (if the information I have is right) so lets hope he rots in jail however knowing the criminal justice system his punishment will be pants.

My cousin lost her mum last year (some of you may remember my posts back then) so to lose another member of the family so soon is really going to hit them hard.

The only thing I'm glad (glad isn't the correct word but I hope you know what I mean) of is that everyone now knows what has happened because living for 2 weeks wondering what the hell has happened to them must have been absolute torture.

Pg thats terrible. how can people be so cruel. i know what you mean about kinda knowing them makes it feel worse, my nans old neighbour and her grandaughter both died in a fire recently, becuase of arson on a house and although i havnt seen them in years it feels so much more strange because i knew them. i just dont understand how people can do these sort of things. what must go through there minds to make them want to kill somebody x

Yeah, a colleague of mine lost her father in law, different circumstances but he wandered off and was missing for two weeks, they eventually found him in the river... so sad....

2 yrs ago OH lost his aunt, uncle and cousin in a horrific car crash which is still talked about to this day, he didnt want me meeting his relatives at the funeral so i wasnt allowed to go, so i know what you mean about the knowing someone but not knowing them..........

least they have got someone, I hope they pay for it, 2 lives worth. sheesh....

All those dicks shoudl be strung up...I have always said bring back corporal punishment instead of letting these sicko's off for good behaviour.

Debs I couldn't agree more! I used to be a criminal paralegal and actually had to leave the legal system because it sucks that much. I couldn't face dealing with criminals knowing fine well they were guilty and it compromised my morals so left. Decided if I was to work in the criminal system again itf would be as a Procurator Fiscal/Judge locking the bastards up but I know those jobs also bring heaps of decisions (life changing decisions) and I'm not intelligent enough either!

Do you think maybe if we petitioned for corpral punishments to come back?, since the government are struggling to budget for feeding the bastards it might do them and all us a favour.

I think paedophiles should get their wee wonka's chopped off, women who abuse kids be sewn up, people who steel should have that part of their body cut off and murderers should be shot or hung etec etc.

I should be a judge, shouldn't I ? ?

Trouble is the system IS rubbish and that is exactly why I think corporal punishments shouldn't be brought back. Especially when you consider how it works in America where one in seven people executed on death row are innocent. Couple that with the fact that crime is higher in the states that have capital punishment than in the states that don't, so it's not even working as a deterrant....just seems like a very bad idea to me.

That's awful PG. I've never understood how anyone can physically take someone's life, and to take two generations from the same family....that's truely horrendous.

I read it today in the Daily Record - saw they had got a man. Truely awful, thinking of you and the family devasted buy this terrible loss.
