    Im gettin weighed tonight and I know its not gonna be good!

    I ate chocolate on sat, pudding on sun & an entire pizza on sunday nite & even MORE chocolate. No reason for it - I felt like it. Must say I really enjoyed the pizza.

    Gonna stay for image therapy at SW tonight & food optimise 100% the next 2 weeks for trying on my dress.

    I feel really sluggish for my binge - eating healthier definately makes you feel better!

    Come on ladies, spur me on with your fantastic weight loss!

    Can i join in?? Am not doing any plan as such but am dieting and exercising... weighed myself today for the first time in 2 years - dont own any scales so no idea what i weighed to start with but I was a healthy (read: big!) size 14 at xmas. I then got swine flu and developed pneumonia over xmas so i had no fatty xmas food (didnt have any appetite) or any booze due to 3 weeks of antibiotics. This kick started me into wedding diet mode and have continued since. I am now easily in my size 12 - some of which are def too big as can get some jeans on and off without undoing them! So, took the courage to go and weigh myself in Boots at lunch time. Am gutted to say I am 10st 4lbs (65.6kg) and had really hoped I would be under 10 stone... sob sob. BMI is 23, height is 5ft6.

    Anyway, have a further 14 weeks to go and want to loose at least another 7lbs, poss 11lbs if I can... Wish me luck! And i will now do weekly weigh in on a tuesday til the wedding...

    p.s. everyone says the weight will 'fall of you' by the final few weeks before the wedding but i seriously doubt this - weigh has NEVER fallen off me! haha.

    I drank the weekend and went out for a meal wooopsie.

    Also got my dad round tonight for my signature steak and ale pie, albeit i am using half fat puff pasty (gotta be ok surely ?)

    OMG Ive 5ft4" and i couldnt tell you the last time i seen under 10 stone on the scales! Your within the healthy range! My BMI is currently 26 and Im going to lose another 8lb (the amount to lose may go up after tonights weigh in lol) to get me within the healthy bracket.

    I have been dieting for 3 months tho - and i would def have been v over the healthy BMI prior to the diet... i know i am now within a healthy range, so to speak, but really had thought i was under ten stone! Plus i just would like to look a bit slimmer for the day itself - another 7-10lbs should do it am hoping! Thats about a 1lb a week til the wedding (allowing for some gaining of weight due to the hen do!!)...

    Can I join pretty please...might help motivate me!

    I have about half a stone lose which isn't loads but I feel horrid and flabby and out of shape having given birth less than 3 months ago. I know I need to get back on the exercise train but it;s proving difficult - and I will need to lose more if I keep up the biccy tin visits!!

    What exercise stuff are people doing? Anything fun?

    Ive been doing slimming world since July & have lost 2stone 3lb - i dont even know what my BMi was at the start but im sure it was scary, I'd always done the gym, it really was just my eating. I could have had weight off quicker but I took the month of december off & a week or 2 here & there along the way lol Im onlu going for another 8lb as I think its a manageable weight for me to maintain - I dont want to be yo yo dieting all my life but im lookin forward to the 80% good & 20% bad rule - ie eat & drink what i want at wkend & be healthy during the week!

    im doing Salsa classes, lots of fun, 90mins of dancing with random men!!! also have dance central at home for the X Box Kinect which is a good workout!

    Im a gym bunny though I take my dog for walks too!
    I do 2-3 cardio classes per week ie spin, body combat, Mel B, Boxing (with personal trainer) or a run/jog

    I do 1-2 weight sessions per week ie body pump or a personal training weight session ie kettlebells.

    I see my body getting more toned which is great because with losing weight I dont want to get flabby / flabbier! Classes def motivate me - i find the gym floor boring. Though I like the 45/ 60 min run/jog some weeks - its nice to be out in fresh air with the ipod going.

    Oooh I might join in too if that's ok - do we have to get weighed on Tuesdays? I'll do it tonight.

    I am now under the year mark and need to get my wobbly butt into gear!! Need to lose about a stone and half and firm up the wibbly bits, was hoping to start walking home from work again now it's lighter on an evening but I have put my back out dancing too much at karaoke, and am having troubles with my back passage unfortunately (sorry, too much info I know) and so walking's not the most comfortable thing to do at the moment!!!

    I think I'll follow the SW extra easy plan - I've done it before an love it - lasagne and weight loss together, yes please!!!

    Woohoo, see you next week with a loss hopefully!

    I weigh on a monday, lost 1lb this week so thats only just the 5lb off that i put on, on my week off ? BUT its off now and i still ate popcorn and nachos at the cinema!!

    I have 14/15 weeks till the wedding so i want to lose at least a stone, i also need to book my FYEO shoot so want to look okay for that ?

    Ok, I bit the bullet and got weighed last night............not great!!!!! But nothing I haven't totally enjoyed achieving ? so now it's on! As I speak I've got a lovely lamb stew in the slow cooker at home, full of lean lamb breast and chunky veg which should do us for a few days, have got beans on toast for lunch and 2 bananas. Was hoping to get back into my routine of swimming and walking home from work but have had to be in early for various reasons so far this week, also my back is still not right and was woken up at 3:30 with terrible cramp!!!!! I feel more like 72 than 27 these days ☹️

    But I'm in the diet mood now, wish me luck!! It's great that I've got you lot to keep me spurred on

    Can I ask what find to be best to do on the Wii Fit? I've been trying the one that's like tai chi and the boxing but I haven't really paid much attention to the others!!

    I've been quiet on the weight loss threads recently, because I've hit a plataau and can't seem to break through it - which is making me a bit miserable, because I'm still trying just as hard!! I've just taken out a pay-n-play membership at my local council gym though, so hopefully by doing some different exercise I'll encourage the lard to vacate me more quickly!

    I was wondering if I'd missed it this week! I am STILL stuck at exactly the same weight I was on 3rd January ? But apparently I look like I'm a little trimmer. None of my clothes feel looser, but my OH says he can feel it in my hips and waist. My trainer says according to his measurements I have turned 30lbs of fat into muscle - I want to know where - coz that means I should look like I've lost a stone!

    Getting seriously ****ed off with dieting, 3 sessions at the gym a week and STILL not seeing results.

    Well done! The weight is flying off you!

    I put on a massive 4lb in 2 weeks! I actually swore I was so shocked! Yea I ate pizza but f**k....gutted. Now Ive another 12lb to lose instead of 8 Smiley sad

    So extremely determined to have this 4lb off for trying on my dress on 26th.....

    I lost another lb this week, now my total loss is 35 lbs and I'm 9.5 stone - I don't think I've weighed this little since I left school! When I decided to lose weight I set 35 as my goal, but now I'm here I'm thinking a couple more can't hurt Smiley smile I've then got 5 months to tone as much as possible before I hit that beach in a bikini!

    Anyhoooooooooooooo...Tricks in chasing your tail, i also lost 2.5lbs, but really have NO idea how!!!!!!!!!!! a birthday, cake and my body weight in vodka surpasses me!!

    I started SW this week (red and green days, I tried EE before and nothing really happened!) and I've lost a coupe of pounds - I probably would have lost more if I hadn't have got drunk at the weekend and then ate pizza the next day...

    WHY THANK YOU! sadly, yes, for my height, i should be (wait for it) 8st 11lb!! ive NEVER BEEN THAT!! my aim is to be an 'even' body shape...my bottom half (my fat ass) is a size bigger then the top , sucks donkey it does

    Are you allowed too from the a and b healthy extra lists every day? Also, how many syns do you have each day?

    I haven't tried Dance Central - I'm a PS3 fangirl. I have got Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, but it's still in it's wrapper - I've been so much overtime at work lately I haven't had time to do it.

    I aim for around 10 syns a day, but your allowed 15....i neevr get to 15 unless im out for dinner though!! i seriously eat shizz loads!!

    I havnt got my book infront of me but you can have one from HX A (dairy) and 2 from HX B (Fibre and then list on either green or red days)!?!?
