Yes, me too, they worked brilliantly to get us the holiday that really suited what we wanted. I also liked the way that the consultant we dealt with had personally been to each of the places we spoke about, rather than just reading about it. That personal knowledge is invaluable. Would love to use them again but will have to see about that - budget holidays they are not!!

I agree. I would feel more than happy planning my own holiday normally but I like the fact they can help with more specific plans.
