Hello,

I booked a Smooch consultation at a wedding fair last week. Should I expect to be contacted to confirm the appointment? It should be next Tuesday.

    Hi SamSam,

    Yes, the advisor should contact you 2-3 days before to confirm, if you tell me which show it was I can double check for you if you like? Have they offered you free engraving? If not, I might be able to get you a voucher if you like...

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for getting back to me. The wedding fair was at Letchworth Hall Hotel on 7th November. Any freebies are definitely welcome ?.

    Contact a couple of days before is fine, I need to tell them that our flat buzzer doesn't work - I don't want them stuck outside ?

    Hi - sorry to hijack your post! I jsut wanted to ask Laura a question too....

    I had my Smooch ring delivered on Saturday, the thing is it's too small and I don't think it matches the ones I was trying on when the rep was with us. Now, it may match the order form - but I had to take his word for it! What should I do? I'm quite annoyed as I don't think I have received what was promised - especially something as simple as getting the right size. Now I'm going to have to pay to send it back.....

    I would love a free engraving voucher too if poss? although iv already had my consultation and you have my details...just waiting to give you guys at smooch the go ahead Smiley smile xx

    Right then ladies...

    Twickers, can you email me please? (**@***********.****) Please put down your order number if you have it, and what isn't right with your ring. We will of course put it right for you! You're going to be wearing it for a very long time, so it is our main priority that you're happy with it! And, just to let you know, I'll make sure you get the postage refunded when you have to send the ring back to us too. I can only apologise for the mistake, it's no excuse, but when rings are made to order, things can go wrong, ring size is always really tricky too, but as you know, we're happy to re-size your ring at any time. The main thing is, we'll do everything we can to put it right, so don't worry about a thing, it will be perfect, I promise!

    If anyone that would like a voucher for free engraving could email me too please, it's an e-voucher, so I'll need to email it to you and then you'll just need to print it off before your appointment. Yvonne, as you've already had your appointment I'm not sure how it will work, but send me your email address and I'll find out what we need to do.

    Hi Laura,

    Just wanted to say thank you for sorting out the issues with my wedding ring. It's now on it's way back to Smooch and I will hopefully get it back again before Christmas!

    Just wanted to add that I have found the Smooch post sales customer service to be great - really helpful.
