It went as smoothly as stubble on a sharp rock.

Basically the new owners turned up at 12.30 trying to chase me out of my old house and rushed me out and then the old owners of my new house didn't leave until 6pm, it actually got to the stage of my solicitor threatening to issue a notice to failure to complete or something like that to get them out of the house. All my organisation went out the window as it became a case of throw everything in the lounge because I was already paying the removals guys overtime. Three weeks after moving I had everything in the right rooms and it is only this weekend where the house just looks a mess rather than as if we have just moved in!

But other than issues with my Ex I LOVE my new house and I'm so pleased to be in MY home?

Sorry to hear it all got so stressful but glad to hear you are liking the new house. It's annoying when other people disorganisation impacts on you.
