I usually exfoliate with a body butter, will this be ok as it also moisturises at the same time.

This is what my OH insists I look like after a spray tan!

I have a patch on my hand that isn't tea coloured. Will it be ok once it's all washed off?

Sorry to hijack your thread Mooey but while the spray tan pro's are in here can I just ask one little question??!

My engagement shoot in a couple of weeks is on the Thurday and I am going to a ball on the Saturday after, when is the best time for me to get my spray tan for it to be nice for both occasions?! It will have to be an evening after work or weekend day. Thanks!! xx

Wiltshire Bride - you should be fine to have it either the Tues or Wed evening. Prob the Tuesday if its your first one to give it time to calm down a bit. Just depends on how used to having a tan you are and how dark you're happy going!

I had my first one a few weeks ago and it lasted about 6-7 days before going too noticeably streaky!

also meant to add - i am having my 2nd spray tan ever in approx 1 hours time, so i shall be joining you looking dirty mooey! you'll love it in the morning! and sorry if this comes across as a bit 'direct' - but if you left your knickers on, just look at the great tan line! i never tan normally and found the tan line from the spray tan really satisfying!

He says I'm dirty, but as it's Tuesday we both know what he'll be watching on telly tonight....

Can I join the Dirty Club? I had my very first ever professional spray-tan at about 5.30pm so here I am.. fake-baking slowly. My OH also said I looked "Dirty" but he may have meant something else I went to Sainsburys and Hobbycraft on my way home... I hope I didn't look like a right wally!

I am now officially dirty too - my tan has just been done!!

I've got a mobile tanning lady coming to my house next Thursday night and we get married onthe Saturday. Am I going to go the dipped teabag colour until I wash it off? I'm not going very dark as im naturally quite a creamy colour so just looking for a nice glow!

you will go quite dark at first (depending on the brand - mine is sienna x and the lightest one they do at 8%) but if you're having it done at home and at night (like me tonight!) then once you shower in morning you'll be fine!!

Thank you, I can now warn my OH and my CBM and her hubby as they will all be here that night...hmm...perhaps I should choose a night when im on my own ?

Yup I think its the sienna x one so hopefully thats not too dark for me.

Well, I've showered and I don't feel that I'm dark enough.
