Fashion advice

I have started dressing like my mam who in turn dresses like my gran and i'm only 26, help. I'm off to amsterdam the weekend after this for my hen and i want some new clothes. I'm a size 10/12, with brown hair and pale skin, i don't know what we are doing whilst there so something casual and something a bit more dressy. I've been trawling the internet without much luck and will probably have a wander round the shops on monday but i have no idea what i'm looking for. I know a few of you are good at this kind of thing any suggestions?

    Try to the fashion style. You have been 26 years old. the fashion age. just try it. pale skin is a fashion colour, just change your dressy style and your hair style.

    How about a few basic staples and then build it up from there:

    * Fitted pair of straight/skinny jeans

    *Well fitted t-shirts/vest tops (these come in handy for layering too)

    * Leggings

    * Lightweight cardigan

    * Maxi Dress

    * Blouse

    * Day dress (Can wear with leggings and boots)

    * Dress for the evening

    * Ballet Pumps/Sandals/Boots

    Accessories come in handy too, a scarf can make all the difference to an outfit.

    Thanks that gives me a great starting point, i just didn't really know where to start i'm rubbish at clothes shopping. Think my whole wardrobe needs a clear out when i can afford it.
