This worked really well last time so roll up, roll up if you want to be a part of it.

Give your name, your weight if you want (most don't) and a goal or two if you want to share. We then bump it each week and keep track of what people have lost.

Cricks -0lbs Aim: To be fitter and more toned. Happy to lose 3 or 4lbs.

    Good idea! I'm on a bit of a healthy eating kick at the moment as I was getting really sluggish and bloated eating loads of crap, so although weight loss wasn't my original aim I wouldn't mind if I did lose a few pounds!

    Peanut: 9 stone 2. Aim: To have more energy and have a bit of a flatter tummy. Would like to lose a few pounds and maintain my weight at 9 stone or less.

    I'm in! Have been a total heffa since getting married. Off on hols in, er, 8 weeks (oops i thought it was 9 until just counted!) and I want to lose 2 pounds a week until then - so 16 pounds in total. That would still make me technically overweight but at least i'll fit into my summer clothes!

    Have signed up to WW online so am hoping to stick to that!

    NEED MOTIVATING!!!

    I'm in (started this week).

    Name: Footlong. Weight: no idea. Waist/hips: 27.25/35.25 inches. Goal: to make my size 10 jeans feel loose rather than tight, before plucking up the courage to attempt a wedding dress insertion for photoshoot. Methods: eat better, cut out the crap. My special power: I can eat the same thing, day in and day out, without getting bored. Shreddies every breakfast, soup and sushi every lunch and veg/carb/tomato sauce every dinner will not faze me.

    Goal. Under 10 stone. To stop the cycle of lose half a stone for an event or holiday, put it back on eat loads of crap feel rubbish, lose it again blah blah. Just eat healthily all the time and have a few treats at weekends. Be a comfortable size 12 all the time. Drink enough water. I would appreciate lots of water reminders from everyone please! I keep forgetting and I'm getting lots of nasty UTI's again. Dosy Vanillapod!

    How: 30 day shred, eating healthier and cutting down on lager and cider consumption!

    I've been doing this for about 6 weeks now and have lost half a stone, still a long way to go!

    Goal: I'd love to be 10st, but realistically hoping to get to around 11st through slimming world. Started last week and first weigh in is tomorrow! I've always had problems with my weight, especially at Uni where I ballooned! Hoping to slim down for good this time!

    Aim - 10st 7 at first, then down to 10 (tho this is unlikely)

    I feel disgusting and I want to feel nice. Coming off the pill in 2 months (eeeeek!) and want to be a healthy weight before getting up duffed so I don't have issues afterwards. Also, want to feel good about myself. Which I really don't right now. Nothing looks nice on me anymore. ☹️

    weight - 9.5stone

    aim - 9stone

    why - to feel confident in my wedding dress in 3months time

    how - no crap, 3 square meals per day to be healthy, 3 exercises classes per week, drink more water, less caffeine. will allow myself 1 treat day per week (Saturdays)

    I knows its not alot to loose, but I feel better at 9stone and just more confident.

    That's really good. I need to do something like that as OH says I dont drink enough and it could be contributing to my vertigo.

    Anyway, back to OP.

    Weight: 4lbs more than I was on my wedding day.

    Goal: To continue to run. First I would like to improve my 5k time to under 30mins and then would like to increase the distance to 10miles. Running 2-3days a week, netball 1-2times a week. Eat better, try not to snack on cr@p at work - just because someone has bought cakes in doesnt mean that I have to eat them! Lose the 4lb gained since wedding and look lovely in my bikini in Me-hi-co in 8weeks.

    Aim: to at least shed the weight i have put on since the wedding (about a stone and a half)

    How: continue healthy eating, training 4 times a week and try and up the periods of jogging (improved today from Tuesday). Still want to enjoy my vino and food treats on a Saturday night tho ?

    Goal: To be 10st 5lbs by my wedding, which is in 9 weeks!!!!

    How: Any way possible. I think I'm too used to WeightWatchers now, so my plan now is to just exercise like mad, and watch what I eat. And drink loads of water. Oh, and cut out alcohol.

    I'd just like to add that, even though I am so over the moon with what I've already achieved, it would just be fantastic to push it a little bit more. Half a stone is nothing really, I can totally do it.

    ETA: This is my journey so far....


    I'm ridiculously pleased with how far I've come, but I just need to go that little bit further.

    Goal: To run a half marathon on 2nd September in under 2 hours...currently looking at about 2hrs 15mins, so it will be a miracle if I achieve it.

    ***also, I wouldn't necessarily mind getting under the 9stone mark***

    Method: Training (running) four times a week, and cutting out the crap food!

    goal: lose 1.5-2stone (that I've put on since the wedding) or get into 14 again that would be lovely.

    How: sensible dieting (own method) and more exercise!

    I'm actually going away this weekend and then a week on Monday for 10 days to Spain so will start when back

    on damage limitation at the moment and not working

    Cakes at work are the worst at the moment!
