Favour place cards [update]

I was wondering if I could get some thoughts on these favours which I am hoping I can also use as place cards. I got some little plain boxes from eBay and not sure how to 'dress' them. Here are a few options (feel free to suggest other things) <pictures removed - please see page 2 for update>...

(This one would just have a square name tag)

Thanks in advance!

I'm a bit stuck as to what the best way is of attaching the rose and label to the top of the box. In the picture it was just placed on top to get an idea of what it will look like:

I thought of using a pin, through the rose and also through the name label:

But do you think it will be ok to have a pin? I'm a bit worried about someone hurting themselves!

This is the box without any decoration:

Any suggestions very much appreciated ?

Thank you ? I was hoping to have the rose in the middle rather than off to one side. I was thinking maybe wrapping the pin in florist tape and cutting the end of the pin off so it isn't sharp - it could be a little keepsake from the wedding then ?

When you're making the rose, the bit you keep hold of, made sure you tie something around it when its finished. I tied a piece of florists tape around to hold it in place, then used a glue gun to stick the 'petals' together, then I trimmed off the excess ribbon.

I think I've sorted attaching it to the box, I've trimmed the pin so it isn't sharp, then wrapped florist tape around it, then it just slots down the centre of the box, as it is a petal top lid. I've tried to show on this picture by lifting the rose up slightly, but when its pushed down it looks like the earlier pictures.

    Hope this helps ?
