    My aim for February is to lose another 1.5kg which is 3.5lbs I think. Not sure I'll make it but will give it a good go!

    Can I join in? I'm trying to lose the baby weight. I have 1.5 stone to lose to get back o pre-preg weight. Once I'm there I'd like to lose another stone to get me back to the weight I was when I got married.

    I lost 4lb in January, 1lb last week and would like to take off a total of 6lb in Feb

    Hiya, weigh-in today, lost 1lb. I am quite pleased as I caved quite a bit this week and ate a load of chocolate and desserts, so back on the wagon as of tomorrow now that I've fed my sweet tooth. Still that 14.5lbs I've lost now, 2 x silver 7's!

    Hi all,

    Had my weigh-in this evening and stayed the same, have convinced myself it's because it's a day earlier than my usual weigh-in (can't make tomorrow night's one) as I was really good this week, especially when compared to last week in my journal (not that I was bad last week, but just in comparison) and last week I actually lost 2lbs. So hoping to see a much better result next week.

    I lost 2lbs tonight, yipeeeeeeeeee. I've got my head back on now, raring to go. I did try Slimatee as a bit of a boost this week so that helped. I feel lighter though :-)

    Well done everyone. Sez, don't be hard on your self. Do you have pmt or your period? You could be retaining water and so have a bigger loss next week.

    Well I've suprised myself. Last week I had my usual monthly cravings of wanting to eat everything I saw plus we had a lovely meal for Valentines and a big bar of double nut & raisin galaxy ? yet still lost 1.5lb

    Hi, I'm 9st 1 now and really can't be arsed with the effort to lose one more pound ? I have no discernible boobs and went to town after work to buy some size 8 trousers for work. I'll call this target if you don't mind ? I've lost 10lbs since early Jan and 20 in total. Yippee!

    I've lost another 2lbs, so that's 3lbs off in total for Feb so far.

    It's bloody hard work, this. Whoever said that breastfeeding makes you lose weight is a big fat liar!

    3lbs off for me this week, and a big woohoo as I have now lost my 10% and have a wee silver padlock to prove it!!! I am putting it down to my baby growth spurting, so it will no doubt be a bit slower again next week.

    8.5lbs off so far this month! However, the first week I lost 6lbs - I think my body was in shock as it had gone from eating the weight of a continent in crap every day to eating properly. Week two and week three were far slower.
