Feeling sorry for myself!

leah 06/09/08, 30 April, 2008 at 20:47 Posted on Planning 0 8

This is a pretty useless post really just really really deflated about wedding stuff tonight, even Hitch can't inspire me!

Does anyone else get like this. Over 4 months to go....feels like flipping ages!

Sorry for the ramble.....

    I had a lull at 4 months too, it's very normal ?

I now have 3 months and it's all got busy again, relish the quiet time chick!

I have/had phases like this where I cant be bothered with it all and when it feels so far away but its not 51 days to go and I have a feeling its going to fly by!

Little tip - if you have any weight to lose do it now!!

I'm just coming up to the 4 month stage and I am worried that I may come across the lull too. I hope I wont tho as I still have loads to do.
Is there nothing at all to do at this time or is it the stage where you have to wait till a little nearer the time to do things?

    Thanks for that girls!

Guess you're right. After the initial excitment everything kinda dies down and it's just a case of keeping chin up!

I'm going to my mums this wknd (while h2b plays grand theft auto all wknd) and we're having hair trials and MOB outfit shopping so I know that'll cheer me up!

I just found it a bit too early to be 'firming up' things, yet most things had been booked/bought so not much to think about IYSWIM.

I thought it started to speed up at about 4 months but that might just be me. I didn't do very much until recently anyway.

Hay just do what we did book the venue 3.5 years in advance then think theres loads of time then wait till the January before ( beginning of June wedding )and then panic as hadan't done anything
Its keeping me very buisy lol more like how not to do it. I would give anything for a little more time to do stuff lol so enjoy the quietness and enjoy the time you have left.

    Hey Leah
I think we are date twins!
I think I would be feeling that way however I have over 150 invitations to make so that is keeping me busy at the mo. I did all my arranging early so really felt on a lull from say November to February, but now my dress has come in and bits and bobs are being finalised things have picked up a little!

I hope you get your enthusiasm back xxx
