Fern Britton quits This Morning

Pip said on twitter this morning he had a feeling today would be interesting...

MF will be gutted.

I never watch it anyway, Cbeebies dominates my TV, sadly. But it will be sad to see her go, I used to love it when the two of them corpsed and couldn't pull it together ?

I'm a bit (and totally irrationally) sad about Fern leaving, I really like her relationship with Phil, they're a really entertaining watch.

This has just reminded me of something my best friend (Math) and I did just after our GCSEs. It was around the time Richard and Judy quit this morning and I remember we used to frequently e-mail ITV requesting they replace them with us - I think one of our selling points were that we'd be really cheap. Hmm I wonder why I'd repressed that memory ?

For the love of god, please please please don't replace her with that bloody fiona phillips, urgh!

I'm going to write to ITV to ask that she be replaced by Gordon the Gopher.

God, Fiona Phillips would be a HUGE mistake, so would Ruth Langboring . I think they should replace her with Andi Peters.

Much as I like Schofe, if Fiona Phillips gets the job I will stop watching. Irritating, irritating, irritating bint with her supercilious smile that makes it look like there's a bad smell under her nose.

Likewise Ruth Wotserface. I already skip the Friday show because she's annoying. I hate the 'coupleyness' of her and Eamon too. I thought we'd seen the end of that when we got shot of Richard and Judy.

And as for Myleene... I don't know what it is about her. I'm sure she's lovely but she's got a face I could cheerfully punch.

I am not happy at this news. No sirree. On the positive side, there'll be less to distract me in the mornings and I'll get more done around the house. ?

Didn't Coleen Nolan do it before Fern? Then they sacked her after a very very short while because she was SO bad ?
