FFF - so how did we all get on ................. week 1

Hi ?, i know its only been 5 days, less for some, but how did everyone do?

i did ok, can't really see any loss on the scales, have managed to give up sugar in my coffee, cut down snacking, and eat more fruit and veg, don't feel like i'm craving anything yet, so happy Smiley smile

    I'll weigh myself when I get in from work...

    I get over excited if I weigh myself first thing in the morning as I'm always a couple of pounds lighter than I am in the evening.

    I'm going to weigh myself tonight when i get home form work (before dinner) then the diet starts properly, so next week will be my first proper weigh in. ?

    I started last week and lost 4lbs already

    and training for the moonwalk is losing the inches - which is really important 4" so far off the waist

    Hello Ladies!!

    Hope your all doing ok...

    Im doing ok.... first time i havent been able to make it to the gym in a week! I have been making an effort to eat healthy but scales dont say any different, but this is my "star" week (im on so weigh heavier anyway, so they tell you at slimming world!)
    If i dont loose weight and all my hair through stress from uni work it will be a miracle!

    I hope your all doing ok! keep up the good work! ?

    Some excellent results, ladies, well done!

    I've only managed one run (bad) but have done two pilates classes and one kick boxing lesson. Feeling great but aching in places I didn't know could ache! Will run on Sunday and Monday and then business as usual next week. Come on the fitness!

    Not too bad just 1pound for me, but its the first bit of weight loss since december, ive eaten healthy since then but upped the excersise this week!

    I want to join too...but i havent got any scales...i will try and invtest in some this weekend.

    I seriously need to loose alot of weight. probably about 60pounds....i have got ALOT of time to do it though, but i am buying my dress in less than a year!

    Can i join?

    Hey Natty, so hopefully by next week you'll loose, i'm in the same boat, water retention is killing me at the mo, whereas i usually put weight on, the scales are still the same so hoping i'll loose next week too.

    Hi everyone Ive been on a diet for the past 2 weeks and lost 4lb. I only need 2 lost a few more lbs then my dress will zip up at the back i have got another dress fitting on the 11th May so hopefully i will have lost enough by then.?

    The thought of giving up snack - eep....I have had two bags of crisps, a twix, peanut M&Ms, special k nibbles already today........ oh and a choc biscuit...... how on earth am i going to do it??

    Hi everyone, I've really put the effort in this week so an pleased that I've lost 4lb . . . but Ive just fell off the wagon and ate 5 cookies (only mini ones though). I'm shattered now, I think it will take my aching body some time to get used to all the exercise!

    Well done to everyone else and remember if you're not losing pounds, you might still be losing inches!!!

    I'm really struggling at the moment, so would be greatful for the support, encouragement and a general kick up the rear lol

    I lost 2.5lbs this week. Very pleased with that.
