Finally come up with idea for centrepieces - Flashy flashy ****

Kitty824, 30 March, 2011 at 22:26 Posted on Planning 0 10

Here are our attempt at our own centrepieces: fish bowls, silver baubles, a flashing LED 'candle' and some snowflakes.

(once again honest opinions welcome and better suggestions even more welcome ?)

TIA x

    They look lovely well done!

If you wanted even more light bouncing off you can use floralytes inside the vase or battery operated fairy lights like this:

I agree about the red baubles too Smiley smile Also, you're probs going to do it anyway.. but make sure you cut off the bauble tags too!

    But they look great!

Thank you for your lovely comments.

@Pamphers - We got the baubles and the red bead strings, just after new year in the sales! We got them from paperchase and B&Q.

We knew early on we wanted a festive/christmas wedding so got loads of things in the sales!

@ Sherries - I think we will be getting some fairy lights after seeing that - THANK YOU!!!

Thanks Kitty that is great! Think I have missed the sales as getting married this December!! I am sure I will be able to find some bargains! Where did you get the fishbowls from?! I am trying to source some cheaply but failing at the mo! My florist has offered storm lanterns as table decs for £5 each hire so may go for those if I can't find any bargains!!

    Thanks

    xx

They were from wilkinsons for £5 pound each. We bought them online for store collection to ensure we got the amount we needed. When in december do you get married? x
