Finally finished making my photobooth props *flash*

May2be, 7 March, 2011 at 21:32 Posted on Planning 0 14

Just added the wooden dowels to my homemade photobooth props and I am really pleased with how they have turned out....even if I did get in a bit of a mess with the glue gun and now the backs look a little rough lol

Thanks everyone for your comments, glad it's not just me who thinks they look alright lol

Yup they are felt Mrs C. I made templates on card and then cut them out and stuck them onto felt. I got the felt from the range for 50p a sheet (one sheet of each colour) and a large piece of card made all the templates and the white teeth, and was about £2 I think. Then my OH ordered some dowel from work (as he is a joiner) which cost 75p a strip (we needed two) plus he borrowed a glue gun from work lol Oh and the black rope thing on the monicle (sp) was from Hobbycraft and was 45p per meter. So all in all cost about £5!!! ?

The templates from the moustaches I got from the Martha Stewart website: [View:http://images.marthastewart.com/images/content/web/pdfs/2008Q4/tvs_102008_mustaches.pdf:550:0] and the others I took inspiration from Maro on Etsy:[View:https://www.etsy.com/listing/62780941/maro-kits-the-rookie?show_panel=true:550:0]

    Hope this helps?!
