First Dance

After much deliberation we have chosen Snow Patrol, Chasing Cars. It was out when we got together and the first couple of lines are perfect for us.

We are now DEFINITELY having Tony Bennett and Stevie Wonder - "For Once In MY Life", as it's now become available after we've reshuffled all of the ceremony music.

However ask me next week and we'll probably be DEFINITELY having something else.

We're still debating this one, we have lots that mean something to us, but finding it hard to get one that is the right speed for OH to dance to lol?

That was our frontrunner for a long while, but we had a practice dance in the study and H2B felt more comfortable shuffling to Tony & Stevie.

I think the lyrics are really lovely, but can see how it might be a little awkward to shuffle to! ? OH and I may have to try a practice dance too!

It's a great one if you're both dancers as it's a waltz, but not an easy one for the shufflers...

We were going to have the stevie and tony for once in my life, its a really lovely song.

now were jsut going to choose something on the bands playlist so goodness knows what we'll end up with!

We had decided on Faith No More- Edgeof the World, but H2B is suggesting we do the Pulp Fiction Jack Rabbit Slim's Twist contest. Have had a few living room dance sessions whilst watching the You Tube to get the moves right- H2 B is a really rubbish dancer and he looks hilarious being John Travolta- especially after a couple of bottles of red wine!!!
