First Dress Shopping Experience, think I might have found the one...

Can I be really honest? I love the dress and the style and shape of it really suit you. however, I'd be concerned about going for a smaller size. I'm not sure if it's the way it has been done up, but it's too loose around the front, but it strangely looks tight round the back. If you got a smaller size, it could look even tighter around the back and I'm not sure that would be the look you would want. Can you go in again to try it on and get the assistant to tighten it up? That may make it fit better around the front, and you'd get a good idea of what the back would look like.

I definitely think that's the shape you need to go for though, it really accentuates your lovely waist.

The reason it looks tight at the back is that I had just pushed my bra down and the straps were giving it an unusual shape as they were tucked in! I have a wide back so this type of dress is easy to adjust accordingly. I should've explained that I plan to lose another stone before ordering so hopefully I will be in a smaller size. The owner of the shop was amazing and explained exactly how she would take in the front to fit my boobs properly.

I went to 2 shops yesterday and learned so much! If the assistant only gives you dresses like you describe, walk out! The owner of the first shop got me to try on loads of styles and it certainly made me realise what looks good and what doesn't!

In the interest of being honest, I would go and try on a few more. It's a bit underwhelming at the back. There are dresses out there that work so much harder for their money a d are much cleverer in their appearance. That one seems a bit lacklustre to me... And no, I'm not suggesting you get one encrusted in diamonds or in bright pink it just isn't wow enough considering you have such a lovely figure to put it on
