First meeting with a potential caterers what do I ask?

If you go on you and your wedding they should have a download for questions to ask the caterer. I found it really useful.

We spent time with 4 catering companies, and we found that even though we had several questions prepared they really did a lot of the talking and answered a lot of questions.

Price negotiations are a main part of the discussion so go in knowing what you are willing to spend.

Find out as well about all of the extra costs, i.e. sometimes waiters fees increase over a certain amount of hours or after a certain time.
