Hello!

I just wanted to post a quick message to say HI ?

I have been lurking around the hitched forum since getting engaged in June 2013 and have finally decided to take the plunge and join in.

Me and my lovely H2B are getting married in June 2015 and I cant wait!!

So far we have booked:-

Venue (Gorgeous Meols Hall Tithe Barn in Church Town, near Southport)


Registrar

Photographer

Spanish Guitarist for ceremony & day time

DJ for reception

Caterer (comes with venue!)

Cake (being made by my beautiful sister - and only bridesmaid!)


We have also been lucky enough to WIN all of our wedding flowers! so cant wait for our first consultation with the florist as I have so many ideas!

I had my save the dates made by a lovely seller on etsy, and they arrived just after christmas. I am now waiting for an 'appropriate' time to send them out, as I think it might be too soon...


All of the rest of the stationary I will be making myself - or designing and having printed, not 100% sure yet!

Anyway, that was my 'quick' post... Glad to have the first one out of the way!

    I was feeling a bit nervous to check back in case nobody had replied! haha!

    alyj66 - yes, they are real slivers of tree. They have a little magnet attached to the back so you can stick them to your fridge.

    RomanticRedCakes71 - winning the flowers was amazing! it was actually my OH's boss entered a competition for us and then surprised us when he won Smiley smile

    She sells lots of wooden rustic looking wedding bits, completely gorgeous! But ships from America so I 'accidentally' ended up doubling the price of the order in shipping and customs charges. But they are definitely worth it!
