fish help please... [:S]

Have just started sorting tonights dinner fresh fish (out the freezer), pots, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots etc

Attempting to prepare what I thought (and was told by the fishman in Tescos) to be two fully gutted etc Red Tilapia

Ive managed to cut one open and get the guts out but am struggling what to do next..

Help asap please

    Cut it from its arsehole up to its gills and then rip everything out. Give it a good rinse to get out any lingering blood and then that's it.

    Hmmm well I cut it open (knife could have been sharper - will have to tell Dr shoes), pulled its guts out whilst heaving over the sink (strange as Im not squeamish at all), and washed it out

    Am I meant to leave its spine thing in there?? I dont want to fillet them, but am not sure about that spine bit

    Luckily for me the second one was gutted and sorted, the first must have got missed...

    I am going to stuff them with fresh herbs out the garden and a bit of garlic and poach them in milk

    Stuff them with fresh herbs and a bit of lemnon peel and roat for abot 2 mins

    Roast for about, I mean. damn wine. I retyped 3 times and still mispelled..gah.
