My family were obviously the first people I told when I got engaged, but it was made clear that my OH and I would have to take the brunt of the bills - which is fine by me. Anyway, Nana Moon just called to tell me that she is putting almost half of our set budget into the wedding account! Happy happy tears right now!

No money's been thrown at us ☹️ In fact Mum says I have to save for her outfit! She's only being cheeky though.

People have been generous in their time though, MIL has already said she'll have time off before the wedding to help, and Mum, CBM and SIL2B have all offered to make things.

But Paula I hope you gave your Nan heaps of cuddles! Lucky lady x
